Privacy Policy

MyADHDTips is a free information website. We've kept data collection to a minimum, and this page explains exactly what happens when you visit.
The short version
- We don't have accounts, and we don't collect email addresses (our newsletter hasn't launched).
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
- The only analytics we use is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless.
- Our interactive tools keep what you type in your own browser.
Hosting and security (Cloudflare)
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic, such as page views, referring sites and page load performance. It doesn't set cookies or use your browser's local storage, and we don't use it to identify or track individual visitors across sites. We don't use any other analytics, and no analytics cookies are set.
Fonts (Google Fonts)
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font, Google receives your IP address and standard browser information. See Google's privacy policy.
Information stored in your browser
Some features save small preferences or entries in your browser's local or session storage, such as the items you add to the dopamine menu tool or whether you've dismissed the announcement bar. That data stays on your device; we never receive it. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
We don't currently collect email addresses. If we launch a newsletter, we'll update this policy first to name the email provider and explain how to unsubscribe.
Links to other sites
Articles link to other websites, such as retailers, research publishers and support organizations. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control. Product links are currently ordinary links, not affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure).
Children
This site is written for adults, including parents and caregivers. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
If our practices change, for example if we add a newsletter or affiliate links, we'll update this page and its date. Questions? See our contact page.
